Narrow Ass DJ Remix Competition

Mekka Nightclub is proud to present a DJ Remix Competition for the remix of up and coming artist Chaise Candie’s new single “Narrow Ass”.  A chance to win a Grand Prize of US $1,000 in cash and other prizes.

Mekka Nightclub hopes to showcase DJ/Producer with a need to be recognized for their talent and creativity. In today’s increasingly cutthroat music industry, many of those producers go unnoticed.

So all you DJ’s out there, give it a SHOT!!!!  You could be one step closer to being the winner of the DJ Remix Competition.

Submission deadline: January 31st 2012 (Extended)

OFFICIAL STAGES AND PRIZES:

Submission Phase – Submit your mix through the SoundCloud DropBox between now to January 31st, 2012 (11:59 p.m. EST). During this phase, the entries can be listened to.

Voting Phase – The public votes for their favorite remixes on either www.mekkamiami.com or  www.chaisecandie.com. The public can vote between February 1st, 2012, and February 29th, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Initial Round – Top 6 remixes with the highest number of total votes from the public will advance to the final round.

Final Round – Mekka Nightclub Panel of Judges will evaluate the top 6 remixes and select winning remix, 2nd place and 3rd place remix

Panel of Judges consists of:

• Chaise Candie – Artist
• Mekka Owner
• Mekka Marketing Department Employee
• Mekka Resident DJ
• Bill Kelly – Winter Music Festival Founder

Prizes – Mekka Nightclub Panel of Judges will choose one grand-prize winner and two runner-ups by beginning of March, 2012

Prizes are as follows:

1st Place Winner - US $1,000 in Cash

2nd Place Winner – Sony Headphones

3rd Place Winner – Mekka Gear
